Course Overview
A clinically focused, evidence-informed exploration of acupuncture and TCM for gynaecology, fertility, and obstetrics — including:
Menstrual disorders, infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, and recurrent miscarriage
Supportive acupuncture for IVF and ART, pregnancy care, breech, induction, and labour
Male infertility and the importance of both partners’ health
Integrating medical tests (FSH, AMH, ultrasound) into TCM pattern reasoning
Recognising red flags and coordinating with medical care
Emotional, mental, and Shen-based aspects of women’s health
Entry Requirements
A recognised 2-3-year acupuncture qualification with TCM training
Course taught primarily from a TCM perspective with integrative application

Emotional regulation and Shen balance · integration of five-element theory into women’s health.
Days 3–4 — Female Infertility I & II
Understanding hormones, ovulation, and endometrial development · BBT interpretation · cycle-specific acupuncture protocols · lifestyle guidance.
Day 5 — ART & IVF + Male Infertility
IVF medications, timing, side effects · acupuncture for stimulation, retrieval, transfer · semen analysis & TCM interpretation.
Day 6 — Obstetrics & Medical Sciences
Physiology of pregnancy · common complications · Western–TCM safety integration.
Day 7 — Endometriosis, PCOS & Pelvic Masses
Western and TCM mechanisms · pain and metabolic regulation · integrative treatment pathways.
Day 8 — Miscarriage, POI & Menopause
Recurrent loss prevention · endocrine disruptors · perimenopausal transition support.
Days 9–10 — Obstetrics & Labour
Pregnancy conditions, anxiety, hypertension, fatigue · pre-birth and induction techniques · hospital communication · red flag awareness.
Day 11 — Exam (Half-Day)
Online written exam to consolidate learning and certification.
